Joseph Ancil brings more than twenty years of distinguished experience in the healthcare sector, excelling in Technology Management, AI Solutions deployment, business process outsourcing, sales, partner management, transformation, and global supply chain management, complete with P&L responsibilities.

Currently, as the Chief AI Officer at healthplans.ai, Joseph spearheads the AI practice, meticulously overseeing the rollout of innovative AI solutions. In this pivotal role, he crafts and implements groundbreaking AI strategies that drive organizational transformation and innovation, augmenting human efficiency through AI.

Joseph has been pivotal in developing numerous secure and compliant AI solutions within the healthcare industry. His work seamlessly integrates healthcare business operations with back-office processes, ensuring harmonious coordination among various AI agents tasked with activities such as Enrollment, Claims, and Finance P&L. These “touchless” and “less touch” (human-in-the-loop) solutions are at the forefront of the much-needed innovation and transformation within the healthcare sector.

Before his current role, Joseph served as the Chief Procurement Officer at Gainwell Technologies, where he cultivated relationships with Big 4 firms, BPO service providers, system integrators, PaaS, and COTS service providers. His efforts were instrumental in identifying, influencing, and driving significant business opportunities and growth. Previously, as the head of the healthcare practice at Tech Mahindra (formerly Satyam), Joseph managed prominent clients across the healthcare spectrum, which he refers to as the "3P’s of healthcare" – Payer, Provider, and Pharma.

A dedicated lifelong learner, Joseph teaches online courses in AI, Data, Analytics, and Supply Chain Management. He is a highly sought-after speaker and advisor to public schools and technology forums in New Jersey, sharing his profound expertise and insights with the broader community.
